Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman of wisdom and energy. She is an actress author health guru, talk host, show producer, entrepreneur director dancer singer comedienne model and, most importantly, mother and wife! So it's not surprising that she has earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu's attitude to health has been apparent throughout her life. Her belief is that good health will allow you to do whatever you want to do. It wasn't so in the past. When she was a teen, she was a yo-yo dieter watching her weight balloon way higher. Her eating habits were driven by emotional rage and would always feel unwell. Parents who were both aged in their 50s, and experiencing heart attacks and arthritis-related complications, died. She realized she needed to assume responsibility for her wellbeing. The focus was on the health of our bodies, and on how we can maximize the function of our bodies. She is a star in CBS's comedy 2 Broke Girls where she plays Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish neighbour who lives upstairs, and is the owner of the cleaning services.
