Linda Edna's parents are businessman Wayne David Cardellini and Lorraine (Hernan). She was born in Redwood City in California. Her parents are of Italian (from her maternal grandpa), Irish (from her mother), German, English and Scottish origins. Linda was raised in her native San Francisco Bay area, California, the youngest of four children. It was at the age of ten as she performed as a singer in the annual Christmas show at school. Her school productions included plays as well as local community theater. Linda was a student at Saint Francis High School Mountain View California. When she graduated, she had to choose between going into New York to pursue theater or Los Angeles to pursue film and television. LA was her choice. Linda's debut role was the show in 1996 Bone Chillers. Her breakout role was when she got her first role as a character in Freaks and Geeks (1999). She portrayed the academic decathlete Lindsay Weir on the celebrated show that won the Emmy Award in the Category of Outstanding Casting in the Comedy Series

Lily James is a stage name used for Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson, an English actress born 5 April 1989. Her professional career started in 2010 with the British television series Just William, in which she studied at London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Cinderella was her first big performance following her appearance as the character Lady Rose MacClare, in Downton Abbey's period drama (2012-2015). James later played the role of the role of Countess Natasha Rostova as part of the TV adaptation of War & Peace (2016). She also starred in a number films including Baby Driver (2017) and The Dig -2021. Here We Go Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). The role she played as Pamela Anderson for the biographical show Pam & Tommy in 2022 won her the Golden Globes and Primetime Emmy Awards.
